As the largest development project in South Lake Union's history and one of the largest mixed-use projects in downtown Seattle, 2200 opened in 2006 as a dynamic new city destination.

This complex provides nearly 100,000 square feet of retail space, inclusive of a 47,000 sq. ft. Whole Foods on the northwest corner and an additional 46,000 square feet of diverse services, shops, and restaurants. In addition to the retail component, the project has 261 condominium units and a 160-room Pan Pacific Hotel.
